Email hello@getyoho.ca with what you expected and what happened. A screenshot goes a long way.
Flag a data problem
That's the bug class we care most about. Use Report a data problem on the card's page in the app (it pre-fills the details), or email data@getyoho.ca. Every card fact carries a "last verified" date, and corrections ship to everyone without an app update.
Access, correction, deletion
Including removing merchant reports you've submitted — email hello@getyoho.ca. Most of your data is deletable in-app: Settings → iCloud & sync → Erase all my data. Details in the privacy policy.

Ideas, card requests, kind words, unkind words — hello@getyoho.ca. It's a small team; you'll hear back from a human.
Common questions
Do I need an account? No. Sync and reports use the iCloud account already on your phone; the app works fully without it.
Does Yoho see my transactions? No — iOS doesn't allow it, and we wouldn't want it. Caps and bonuses are tracked from your own one-time estimates.
Why does an answer differ from what I earned? Rates change and stores code strangely. Check the card's "last verified" date, then report it — you'll fix it for everyone.
